EPDSMMS will hone your Digital and Social Media Marketing with focus on Strategy and Execution

Program Details

PROGRAM STRUCTURE & CONTENTS:


Program is broadly divided into there modules encompassing fundamentals of  digital and and social media marketing and strategic aspects. The modules are as follows:
1.Understanding the Strategic Need for Digital and Social Media Marketing
2.Execution of Plans for Digital and Social Media Marketing
3.Assessing the Impact of Digital and Social Media Marketing

PROGRAM DESIGN & DURATION 

  • Duration:  6 months
  • Frequency: Twice a week
  • Class schedule: Wednesday and Saturday 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Delivery : Combination of face to face and online sessions. The Online sessions will be conducted through training.com platform (Training.com is an initiative of NIIT)

 

EVALUATION 
      Evaluation by: IIM Calcutta

  • Evaluation Structure: End program examination and Live Project
  • Evaluation Mode: Evaluation may also include one or more of the following:

Online Assessment/Case Study Discussions/Quiz/Assignments/Offline Assessment (Paper-pencil test)/Class Participation. The final decision on evaluation methods rests with the course faculty and may change without prior intimation.
 
CERTIFICATION
Participants who qualify for the eligibility criteria will receive a Certificate from IIM Calcutta. Participants who successfully complete the program will be entitled to IIM C Alumni status.

Program Fee: Rs 1,49,000/- + Taxes

On Registeration: 56,000+Taxes
July 2018(1st Installment): 42,000+Taxes
Sep 2018( 2nd Installment): 42,000+Taxes

Note

•If the candidate is NOT selected by institute, the application fee (INR 9,000 + taxes/$165) will be REFUNDED

•If the candidate is selected by institute, the application fee (INR 9,000 + taxes) will be NON-REFUNDABLE

•If candidate is NOT selected by Institute, the application fee will be refunded in 30 days from result declaration

•All selected candidates will be issued an OFFER LETTER by training.com, on behalf on IIM Calcutta

•A separate campus visit fee of INR 6000 per day + taxes will be charged. This amount is payable in two installments and needs to be paid to IIM Calcutta before each campus visit.

Admission Process

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND SELECTION PROCESS
 

  • Applicants should be working professionals/self-employed (Need to produce supporting proof)
  • Graduates (10+2+3 or equivalent) or Post Graduates in any discipline with min. 50% marks [aggregate- considering results of all years (e.g. 3 or 4 together)] recognised by UGC/AICTE
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience (full-time paid employment) post completion of graduation, as on May 1, 2018

BANK LOAN INFORMATION
 
Up to 90% of the program fee can be availed as Customised Education Loan from leading banks to enable the participants to spread the repayment over a period of 36 months. However, the applicant shall be eligible for bank loans as per the concerned bank norms. Neither NIIT Imperia nor the institute will be held responsible for any delay in disbursement of the bank loan. 

 

Faculty Details

Prof. Ramendra Singh and Prof. Indranil Bose are the course co-ordinatorsfor EPDSMMS. Prof. RamendraSinghis an Associate Professor of Marketing at IIM Calcutta. He is a Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad, MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and B. Tech from IIT-BHU. His research has been published in reputed international journals such as Marketing Theory, Industrial Marketing Management and Journal of Business Ethics.
Prof IndranilBoseis a Professor of Management Information Systems at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He was the founding Chairperson of the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Analytics offered by IIMC, IITKGP and ISL. His degrees include B. Tech (Hons.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, MS from the University of Iowa and MS and PhD from Purdue University
